When requesting courtesy supervision, please fill out the Request for Courtesy Supervision form completely, then save it to your local hard drive.
Then Send it as an attachment via e-mail to natasha_ramesar@nyspt.uscourts.gov with Courtesy Supervision in the subject line.
Please forward all necessary paperwork, including courtesy request letter. If you have questions concerning this process, please contact the appropriate office supervisor.
